FAQs

Q: What does “JV” mean?
A: JV stands for Japan Variant. The hardware is identical to other regions; the only difference is that Japan models do not allow muting the camera shutter sound (a Japanese regulatory requirement).

Q: What is “Water Pack”?
A: Water Pack means the factory waterproof sealing of the phone has never been broken — the device was never opened for repair, so its IP68 water and dust resistance remains as Apple built it.

Q: Is 86% battery health good?
A: Yes. Apple considers batteries below 80% as candidates for replacement. At 86%, this iPhone 14 still delivers strong all-day battery life.

Q: Is this iPhone PTA approved?
A: Please confirm PTA status with us before ordering via contact — JV units are commonly used in Pakistan and we will verify for this specific unit.

Q: What is your return/checking policy for used phones?
A: Every pre-owned phone is inspected before dispatch. Check our iPhone collection for more options, and message us on Facebook or Instagram for the checking warranty terms on this unit.

Q: Can I see actual photos of this unit?
A: Yes — message us on Facebook or Instagram and we will share live photos and a battery-health screenshot before you pay.
